Terms of Service
Last reviewed alongside this release.
These terms describe the basis on which Relac is provided, based on the product’s actual current functionality.
The service
Relac is a platform for recording business relationships between two organizations, proposing and accepting Bilateral Agreements, tracking engagements, and maintaining a shared, attributable history. Relac is not an e-signature service, is not legal counsel, and does not constitute legal advice.
Accounts and workspaces
Each organization workspace is created and managed by its own members. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information your organization records and for who you invite into your workspace.
Bilateral Agreements
A Bilateral Agreement records that two organizations proposed and accepted the same version of a set of terms within Relac. It is a record of mutual agreement within the product, not a signed legal contract, and does not replace independent legal review where one is required.
Free trial and billing
New workspaces receive a free trial period with no credit card required. Continued use after the trial requires an active subscription, billed through Stripe. Current trial length and plan pricing are shown on the Pricing page.
Data and shared evidence
Your organization’s data remains isolated to your workspace unless you explicitly share it, or it forms part of a Bilateral Agreement with a connected counterparty. You control what is shared.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
