Why we built Relac

Business relationships deserve better than a scattered inbox.

Businesses depend on relationships with the companies they work with — suppliers, contractors, agencies, partners. Yet the history of those relationships is usually scattered across email threads, chat messages, spreadsheets, and whichever employee happens to remember how something was agreed.

That fragility has a cost. Terms get misremembered. Context is lost when an employee moves on. Two companies can walk away from the same conversation with two different understandings of what was actually agreed.

Relac exists to give business relationships continuity: a shared record that both companies build together, where what was proposed and what was accepted is never in question, and where the history survives longer than any one person’s memory.

What we build toward

Clarity

What was agreed should never be a matter of who remembers it best.

Accountability

A record attributed to who proposed, who accepted, and when — for both sides.

Continuity

Relationships should outlast the employees who happened to manage them.

Mutual understanding

Trust built on records both companies can see, not on one side’s promise.
